I create contemporary art jewelry using ancient Native American and African bead weaving techniques. I weave and layer each bead one at a time to achieve the interplay of color, pattern and texture that has become my trademark. I use the very best beads, metals, gemstones and materials, and spend the extra time it takes to assure that each piece is a work of art that is a joy to wear, gift and own.

My love for Impressionist painting combined with the dynamic modernism of Bauhaus art are my inspiration. Unique materials I've collected during my travels to Scandinavia, Holland, Russia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Canada and Mexico find their way into many of my pieces. Most of my incorporated gemstones as well as my color combinations emerge from regular visits to New Mexico.

I'm excited about my current work which integrates bead weaving with polymer and metals. My goal is for my art jewelry to be as much fun to wear as it is to create.
