BCGC Member Showcase and Sale 2025
March 28-30
The 2025 inaugural Member Showcase and Sale is designed to showcase the talents of the many artist and artisan members of the Bucks Chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.
Exhibit space: AOY Art Center, 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley PA 19067
Important dates:
Entry Deadline: Feb 8, 2025 via Entrythingy
Drop off artwork: March 28, 9am-12pm.
If this is not possible, please contact Basia Andrusko at
basia@PysankyByBasia.com as soon as possible to make an alternate arrangement.
Works will be hung / arranged on March 28, 2025, from 12 - 4pm
Opening reception: March 28, 2025, 6-8pm
Public art showcase and sale:
Friday, March 28, 6-8pm,
Saturday, March 29, 10am-6pm,
Sunday, March 30, 10am-4pm.
Pickup of artwork: Sunday, March 30, 4-6pm
Entry fee and Registration:
Entry fee = $50, payable via PayPal on Entrythingy upon registration.
Your fee allows you to submit up to 5 pieces.
This is nonrefundable.
All submissions must be original (see below for specifications). Enter via Entrythingy by Feb 1, 2025, and paid via PayPal.
Please note: you do not need to have a PayPal account to make this payment – you can use a credit card.

Eligibility:
All current members of the Bucks Chapter of PGC (BCGC) are eligible to enter.
BCGC welcomes new members to join and to exhibit.
All participating member artists are expected and required to volunteer as gallery hosts for a session of 2 hours during the exhibition. (*Members with medical exemptions limiting their ability to gallery host are still invited to enter the show).
All participating member artists are expected to assist with promoting the show including but not limited to their social media, distribution of materials (i.e. postcards, yard signs) and friends and family, etc.
Promotion and marketing
BCGC will promote the show via mailings, press releases, advertisements, and social media on our pages and AOY pages.
All participating member artists agree to the use of all entries to this exhibit (quality photos) to be used for promotional purposes.
Exhibition specifications:
Each Member Artist may submit UP TO 5 original works of their media.
Works may be for sale or not for sale, and should be marked accordingly.
Proceeds from any sold works will be credited to the artist in full (less fees). No commission will be collected.
Works that are sold may be taken home at the time of sale.
Works will not be replaced with additional pieces.
All work must be hand delivered to AOY on Friday morning between 9am and 12noon, unless other arrangements are made in advance (contact Basia Andrusko at basia@PysankyByBasia.com. )
Framed pieces:
Size limit for all framed pieces and unframed gallery canvas works is 36” including frames on the longest side.
Maximum weight for 2D pieces is 15 pounds.
All work must be wired with D-hooks and ready for hanging. No sawtooth or eyebolt hangers.
All frames should be unmarred.
A completed identification label (see below) must be affixed to the back with tape or to be included with each piece of work.
3D Pieces
Three dimensional and assembled pieces will be displayed in the glass showcases in the main gallery or on tables or pedestals on the first or second floor, per the discretion of BCGC setup team.
Where needed, artists must provide displays/stands that are finished and structurally sound. Please communicate this on your Entrythingy submission. Include photo, and indicate if the display pieces/ stands are included in the price of the sale, or for display only.
Artists should provide appropriate packaging for sales of their items, clearly labeled.
A completed identification label must be included for each piece.
Jewelry
Jewelry pieces will be displayed in the glass showcases in the main gallery (provide dimensions here) or on in cases /and/or busts tables or pedestals on the first or second floor, per the discretion of BCGC setup team.
Artists must provide displays/stands that are finished and structurally sound. Please communicate this on your Entrythingy submission. Include photo.
Artists should provide appropriate packaging for sales of their items, clearly labeled.
A completed identification label must be included for each piece.
Sales
Sales will be handled in person during gallery hours using the Bucks Guild Chapter account of Square.
All sales proceeds will be credited to the artist, minus the processing fee that is charged by Square.
Artists will receive a check for the remaining balance, to be issued by BCGC within 60 days after the closing of the showcase.
Liability
BCGC and the AOY Art Center will do its utmost to protect work in its possession, but the organizations are not responsible for damage or loss.
Agreement
By submitting artwork to this event, you agree to the conditions set forth. BCGC receives the right to reject any work not professionally presented. Work delivered late will not be displayed.
